The workout: 3 exercise = 5 minutes. Complete 3 sets = 15 minutes.
This is a high intensity circuit that allows you to burn the maximum calories in just 15 minutes.
Here are the 3 exercises:
Row machine 3 minutes (moderate to high intensity)
Jump Rope x 1 minute
Jumping Jacks x 1 minute
