Hack Squat on Your Toes

How to do this exercise:

  1. Draw in your navel.
  2. Stay on your toes as you perform your hack squat.
  3. Squeeze your glutes as you return to start.
  4. Complete 12-15 reps, 3-4 sets.

    1. You should still be able to go down on your toes.

      It’s just a variation, give a try and see how you
      would need to adjust 🙂


  1. I used to do the overhead squats on my toes. Unfortunately, I now live remotely, and I dont have that equipment at home.

    1. Although I don’t have tat equipment, I just realized that I do perform a similar overhead move, while laying on the bench, I will use my feet to push the bar up, and I do that with my toes!
