How do you preform this on a hack squat with the shoulder device?
You should still be able to go down on your toes.
It’s just a variation, give a try and see how you
would need to adjust 🙂

I used to do the overhead squats on my toes. Unfortunately, I now live remotely, and I dont have that equipment at home.
Although I don’t have tat equipment, I just realized that I do perform a similar overhead move, while laying on the bench, I will use my feet to push the bar up, and I do that with my toes!
