Payment Options
KimberlyDoehnert.com accepts all major credit cards and Paypal payments. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order for goods or services. The charge will appear on your credit card or Paypal statement as Fitness 4 Life Consulting LLC or FITNESS4LIFECON.
Payment Plans
Many of our products and programs offer a convenient payment plan option where your investment can be split into multiple payments. After the initial payment, subsequent payments are automatically debited from your account every 21-30 days until the balance has been paid. For example, if you make a purchase and choose the payment plan on March 1, your credit card will be charged for the next payment on April 1 and so on. There may also be a convenience fee for setting up a payment plan. If you fail to pay as agreed, you will lose access to your purchased product(s).
Legal
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Virginia U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of KimberlyDoehnert.com products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia USA. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of KimberlyDoehnert.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. KimberlyDoehnert.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
KimberlyDoehnert.com may modify these terms and conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. KimberlyDoehnert.com reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time.
Refund Policy for Online Courses, Boot Camps, and Challenges
There are no refunds for online courses or challenges unless otherwise stated. Please refer to order or offer page for more specific details.
Refund Policy for Individual and Group Coaching and Mentoring Programs
Enrollment in any of the coaching and mentoring programs on KimberlyDoehnert.com constitutes a non-cancellable agreement. There are absolutely no refunds or cancellations and you are legally and financially responsible for the full tuition of the program in which you are enrolled, regardless of whether you actually participate or show up for your coaching and mentoring sessions.
Troubleshooting Digital Downloads
If you do not receive the downloads following your purchase of a digital ebook, course, product or program, it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1) You entered your email address incorrectly on the online order form or 2) Your confirmation email was sent to your spam folder. 3) You have exceeded maximum downloads put in place for temporary download links. In the event that you cannot download a digital product that you have received, it is probably because you do not have Adobe Reader (free PDF reader viewer) installed on your computer. You can download Adobe Reader for free here: http://get2.adobe.com/reader/. For assistance with all other digital download issues, please contact us at support@kimberlydoehnert.zendesk.com.
Chargebacks and Payment Security
When you provide KimberlyDoehnert.com with your credit card information for payment on your account, KimberlyDoehnert.com shall be authorized to charge your credit card for any outstanding fees. If you sign up for a payment plan to make monthly payments on any product, program or service, KimberlyDoehnert.com shall be authorized to run all charges on or around the time they are due and not require separate authorization in order to do so. You may not make any chargebacks or cancel the credit card that is provided as security without our prior written consent. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any fees associated with the payment collection process. Further, you may not change any of the credit card information provided to KimberlyDoehnert.com without notifying us in advance.
