How does the Contest Prep Academy Course program work?

This is an 8-week live coaching course with Kimberly Doehnert IFBB Pro to learn about competing in Bikini, Wellness, and Figure. 

There are weekly training modules that include action guides, homework, and additional training resources to help you hit the ground running.

Coaching and Q & A calls are on Thursdays at 7:00PM Eastern via zoom. If you can't attend live, there will be replays provided.

You will have 8 weeks of access to the private Facebook Group to ask questions and receive feedback from your coach anytime.

The program includes lifetime online access to the materials and all future updates.

When does the Contest Prep Academy Course begin?

Enrollment is open throughout the year and consists of 8 weeks live coaching calls and lifetime online access to the course materials. You will get an email with next steps and once you enroll.

You will have lifetime access to the online portal to reference for unlimited competitions!

What if I can't attend all the live training and Q&A sessions? Will there be replays?
