Every week, I make sure I have the basics in the fridge and cupboards to do my meal prep. I created a basic shopping list for you jump start your meal prep!

Here’s a few things on the list this week:

❍ apples

❍ 1 pint blueberries

❍ fresh or frozen berries, your choice

❍ bananas

❍ limes/and or lemons

❍ bunch cilantro

❍ yams/sweet potatoes

❍ 2 bunches radishes

❍ 1 package steel cut oats

❍ box low-sodium chicken broth

❍ box low-sodium vegetable broth

❍ cans no-salt-added white beans

❍ 1 package Ezekiel (gluten free) English muffins

❍ fresh or frozen chicken tenderloins
