Pumpkin Protein Cheesecake

Now you can have your cake and EAT it too guilt free. This recipe was adapted from @jessijeanfitnessĀ 

Ingredients

  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 16 oz(s), Fat Free – Cream Cheese
  • 1.50 fluid ounce, Pumpkin Puree
  • 16 ounce, Nonfat 0% Greek Yogurt *
  • 2 Scoop, Ultimate Muscle Protein (UMP) Graham Cracker
  • .25 cup(s), Truvia Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp, Truvia Brown Sugar

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees
  • Spray metal or glass pie pan with non-stick
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Spread into pie pan
  • Bake on 250 degrees for 30 minutes, then increase heat to 300 degrees and cook for another 45-60 minutes (Total bake time 75-80 minutes)
  • Cut cake into 8 pieces
  • Let cool completely before serving
